**All shipping is calculated at checkout based on items and customer location.
**Pullman customers located at residential addresses may opt for door delivery to avoid shipping costs.
Returns: Mason & June only issues refunds for store credit. Thus said, you will not recieve money back for returned items, only store credit. All returns must be returned within 10 days of receiving your package. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with the tags in the original location. Items that do not meet this standard will not be eligible for a store credit based on return.
Exchanges: There are no exchanges, only items returned for store credit.
Sale Items: All items that you purchase on sale/clearance are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a store credit return. This does not include items purchased with a promo code. Items purchased with a promo code will be eligible for return for store credit.
Damages: Any damaged items must be reported via email within 48 hours from when you receive it. Please send an email to shopmasonandjune.com with a description and picture of the damaged item. Please note: some colors and textures may vary due to lighting. This is not considered a damage, and therefore, will not be eligible for a full refund.
We hope you love your items, but we do hold the right to handle returns on a case by case basis. Please know that we will do everything in our power to ensure you have the best shopping experience with Mason & June.
